CanineSafety Services provides design, installation, and certification of ATEX-rated explosion-proof enclosures, dust-tight junction boxes, and intrinsic safety barriers for hazardous industrial environments. All work is performed in accordance with applicable ATEX, IECEx, and local standards. The client is responsible for providing accurate site classification data and process parameters prior to installation.
Effective from contract dateThe client must grant safe access to the installation site, supply correct hazardous area zone drawings, and ensure that all third-party equipment interfacing with our systems meets the required safety integrity level. Failure to disclose known hazards may void warranty and shift liability to the client.
Ongoing requirementOur liability is limited to the value of the supplied equipment or service, whichever is lower. We are not liable for indirect damages, production losses, or incidents arising from improper use, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Per contract clause 8.2All ATEX-certified enclosures and barriers carry a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and a detailed failure report. Returns must be authorized within 14 days of discovery. Custom-built units are non-returnable unless defective.
24 months from deliveryAll engineering drawings, specifications, and design data provided by CanineSafety remain our intellectual property. The client may use these documents solely for the operation and maintenance of the installed system. Redistribution or reproduction for third-party projects is prohibited without written consent.

We reserve the right to update these terms; clients will be notified 15 days before changes take effect. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
